Instead of being able to activate immediately, it requires a force on the field and is a Continuous Spell body that cannot be chained.
Due to its nature, it cannot be used with 《Talisman of Spell Sealing》, so you will have to use one or the other depending on the situation, but permanent Spell Bind is much more valuable, and on the contrary, Imperial Command is a prohibited card. Now that I have 3 copies of this card, I doubt it's worth using this card, let alone use it properly.
Moreover, since he is a spell card, it is a very annoying card in terms of arbitration that forms a triad with canceller and skidre.
