Comprehensive evaluation: 《DNA Surgery》if you aim at rock.
Since the attack limit is valid while Plant exists, if you change it to Plant over there, your opponent will not be able to attack this card.
Monsters of other races can also be released, and effects that destroy spells and traps can be used somewhat.
If you turn your opponent's monster into a Plant with DNA Surgery and aim for a combo with something like Rose Tentacles, you might be able to aim for it next time.

The effect isn't industrial waste, but plants and warriors have very little synergy.
Focusing on EARTH does not work on its own, so it could become an accident card.
