It's nothing more than 《Dark Hole》with activation conditions, and if it's still not enough after playing 3 of them, you can finally expect to use it.
A large number of exclusions are required to activate it, but if you use 《Pot of Desires》etc., you can fulfill it.
Unlike 《Chaos Greed》, he doesn't have a problem with having cards in GY, but unlike the modified version of the banned card, he's gone back to unlimited.

Compared to Black Hole, it has the advantage of not getting caught in White Hole, although it requires a condition to activate.
It's worth considering if White Hole is prevalent in your environment with his deck featuring things like Makrokoth and Arashi Dragon Ruler Tempest.
