I think there are better cards out there for spell removal. Even if a theme that actively excludes spells comes out in the future, it seems that there will be no frame in the end because new ones with more synergy will appear.
It's a rare combination with Wind/Warrior, but it's not that easy to use.
If it's not a rider Deck story, I don't think there's a turn.
