Overall Rating: Might work if there is a way to capitalize on or reduce the hand cost.
It can be said that it is an effect that combines "Waboku" and "Pikeru's Circle of Enchantment", but the chances of receiving effect damage are small, and in that case the cost of one card is high.
It would be nice to have a card that can be recovered even if it costs like Witchcrafter, or a card that activates when sent to GY, but if not, it's better to use Waboku.

Compared to "Rainbow Life", the advantage is that monsters cannot be destroyed by battle. I don't think it's written in the text, but this is the Kommai language. It's a subtle advantage in the current environment where effect removal is prevalent. Also, since 《Rainbow Life》is prohibited in WCS as an extra duel countermeasure, it can be used there as well. Well, considering that point, 《Waboku》is fine.

The cost of one card is currently considered to be heavy, but it would be nice to be able to provide pseudo-destruction resistance with 0 battles damage and burn countermeasures.
On the other hand, I think it is also difficult to dare to adopt this card when there are other powerful cards.

It doesn't make sense, but KONAMI says that this text will protect all of your monsters from being destroyed in battle.
Apparently, battles damage is the amount of damage that the attacking monster's attack (damage) exceeds the ATK of the recipient. No, in other words, even if a battle occurs, the monster will not be destroyed and there will be no excess damage.
I'm not sure what you mean, but many cards that don't take battles damage say "you" don't take damage, and for those cards the monster itself takes damage and is defeated. However, since this card doesn't take damage from monsters, it seems to protect them from being destroyed.
If you don't have to explain this long and just change the wording, that's what Konmai quality is.
As for the evaluation of this card in question, Waboku doesn't have a hand cost, so it doesn't have a habit.
Even if you take advantage of the hand cost, the effect is almost the same as 《Waboku》, and honestly I don't think it's something you can force yourself to use when it comes to Trap.
