It is a card that appeared in the regular pack right after entering the 4th season, but it is still one of the low-class monsters with 19 RBIs and both merits and demerits.
Newt and "Skilled Dark Magician" have already appeared in the low-ranking 19 RBIs that have merits without demerits.
The disadvantage of this monster is that it can't be summoned (it can only be Normal Summoned in a set), and since the summoning right cannot be handed over to such monsters from the beginning, it can be used as a Special Summon, which has no restrictions. It is a story that can be done with Masuyo.
