Call out Neos Pacian, which corresponds to the effect damage meta, and the released Cocoon, from the Deck or GY.
The latter seems to be the main one, but I don't think I want to call Neos Pacian by using Cocoon + 1 Trap.
Calling a mole from Moog might buy some time.

However, if you just want to reduce the effect damage to 0, there is also Hanewata , etc., and there is not much significance in actively using it.
There are no cards that take damage related to Neos Pacian.

Neos Pacian's Special Summon effect corresponds to the released Cocoon, which is the favorite, but the slowness of the Trap card is very severe because it puts out those with poor status alone without resistance or anything.

At the very least, I would like it to deal with battles damage, not just effect damage.

The second half of the effect is within the range of the effect combined with the "Cocoon" common effect and 《Cocoon Rebirth》, but you don't have to aim for it. Special Summon from Deck, which is particularly delicious, is a common effect of "Cocoon", and what is required is "Neos Pace", which is easy to search, so this charm is greatly diminished. The first half is a bonus. If it could reduce not only the effect damage but also the battles damage to 0, I wouldn't have been able to use it yet.

Even if you make a mistake, it's probably not a card to use to prevent effect damage. There are many better cards for that purpose, and there's little merit in having to be a cocoon.
Therefore, I will use the second half of the evolution effect exclusively, but is it fatal to be one step behind with Trap? Cocoon can also evolve with Cocoon's own effect or Cocoon Reborn. This card can only evolve 1 body with 1 card, and it is slightly inefficient.
