It's a card that's supposed to be the evolution destination of various Neos Pacians.
Despite the fact that there are only two types, 《Neo-Spacian Marine Dolphin》and 《Neo-Spacian Twinkle Moss
There are 6 types of N in the illustration, so the signboard is falling down
After all, until now, no new N has appeared
There is a feeling that the position has disappeared with the appearance of 《Instant Contact

In the April 2022 regular pack, no new compatible monsters appeared even during the HERO enhancement related to N, and his unfinished spell card may remain unfinished forever.
As expected, I want to say that this kind of thing should be done properly.
I'm not saying that Karakuri fills in all the multiplication tables, or Brotherhood of the Fire Fist digests all the original material, or puts out chaos in all numbers, or something like that.
Personally, I'm very curious about what kind of effect will grow around Grandmall and Black Panther.

Comprehensive evaluation: To the extent that 《Neo-Spacian Twinkle Moss》is barely usable when used alone.
Instant Contact》made it possible to Special Summon the monster, and almost eliminated the need to use it.
If you have 《Elemental HERO Neos》, the disadvantage disappears, so there is no particular priority when contact fusion from 《Neo-Spacian Marine Dolphin》.
If you use 《Neo-Spacian Twinkle Moss》without 《Elemental HERO Neos》, it might be meaningful to use it, but 《Timebreaker Magician》is fine.

Contrary to the illustration, there are still 2 types of compatible cards, and both are despair of delicate performance when viewed comprehensively. Contacts were reinforced in SAST, but there is nothing special about this card!
Considering the future, I will give it 2 points, but I wonder if it is currently practical.

As has been said many times, it is a ridiculous problem that only two types are supported at the moment. It's not a performance that Tinkle and the others want to use even if they consume two cards.

A special card for playing Marine Dolphin and Tinkle Moth.
Both of these cards have slightly higher stats than the original cards, and their effects have been revised upwards, making them easier to use.
However, you need this card in your hand, which cannot be searched by arranging specific cards on the field, and even if you put it out, the low status and no resistance make the situation worse. It is also likely that
If that happens, I don't think it's worth the cost to get a card that's just a hair on the original card, and I don't think it's very useful.

An effect similar to Neos Pacian version mask change.
In the illustration, he has 6 types of Neospacian drawn, so it may be that he was planning to release all the corresponding fusion types, but there are only 2 types.
If you ask me if I want to spend Neos Pacian on both this and him, I can only say no.

In the illustration, there are many Neos Pacians, but in reality there are only two NEX bodies.
Currently, it is a card to bring out Marine Dolphin and Tinkle Moth.

The picture is cool, but...
In addition to causing card accidents, the monsters you put out with difficulty have excellent effects, but their stats are poor and you can't survive for a single turn, so it's quite difficult to use.
At the very least, it would have been nice if the other four were also supported.

I thought they were going to release all N, but they only came with 2 types, and there are a lot of faces that don't feel like there's much point in releasing them...
Moreover, it seems that there is no decent merit other than increasing the number of draws with Spacia Gift when you put it out...

Neos Pacian also evolves. Currently Aqua Dolphin and Glow Moth can be evolved.
However, Marine Dolphin in evolved form is weak in itself, although Marine Neos is strong.
Twinkle Moth is quite good on his own, but the weakness of the material and the absence of fusion bodies hurt.
And above all, this card only supports these two cards.
The search means are scarce, and the existence of this card, which only works for evolution, tends to be the Achilles heel of NEX. Weak to removal. Its performance as a summoning card was problematic, and its post-evolution performance was questionable, so it was inevitable that it would be discontinued as a gimmick...

It only supports two...
Both of these abilities aren't bad, but it's hard to say that they're effective enough to summon this card that causes accidents.
