An adjusted version series for the cyclone limited era.
It doesn't require a cost like Dubsai or Tsuitsui, but it's purely backwards compatible with Cyclone because it requires 3 cards in your opponent's Spell Trap zone.
The same can be said for Shining Force, but now that the pre-adjustment cards have been completely released, it won't be a single chance as a fourth card.

However, the badness of usability is considerably higher.
It is completely dependent on the opponent, and the later it is, the more likely it is to become corrupted in the second half, and it has a very unfortunate designation of "the opponent's Spell & Trap card zone", so Field Spell cannot be destroyed and your own card cannot be destroyed.
Due to the activation conditions, it seems to be compatible (seems to be a moment) Pendulum zone can not be interfered at all.
If there is no particular reason, Naisho, Double Cyclone, Sajin, Twister, and Typhoon are likely to be adopted as the 4th Psych.

I thought that Pendulum would shine in the light, but since it is within the Spell & Trap card zone, he is not eligible for Pendulum. Although 3-down is no longer rare, it is still far from being adopted considering its perishability.
