A card that allows you to start off with two cards in your opponent's hand by playing first on the first turn. Other than that, if your opponent has 4 or more cards in their hand, the number of cards in their hand will decrease.
However, to put it the other way around, it hardly works in other situations, and when the opponent has 2 cards or less in hand, it becomes a card that helps the opponent. Since it is a Normal Spell, the timing at which it can be activated is also limited.
《Disturbance Strategy》and 《Trickstar Reincarnation》are also used to harass you with hand exchanges, so if you can't reduce the number of cards in your hand, there's no point in using it. It's a card that's too much of a gamble, so I wonder if it'll come off naturally.
