It has two effects, but due to the fact that 2 is activated on the reverse side, only one of them can be used during the summon turn.
1 has no turn limit, so if you make full use of a mass production factory, you can do mass deployment. However, since the race, attribute, and level are all different from Rajin, there is a point where it does not mesh well.
2 is an effect like a magic arm shield. I don't think the target itself is a problem if mass deployment is a matter of course.
However, the inflation of monster effects is more intense than that, and except for one part, Reverse is placed in a tough position, and if no measures are taken, Roku's effects will not work. And if you're going to take the trouble to protect it and operate this effect, it's far better to use Barrier Force or Friche removal.
I don't think it's practical.

In the DM series, Rajin can be summoned out of nowhere with the activation effect. In particular, 7 and 8 boasted performance that could be said to be the strongest lower class. In real life, the main usage is to set and aim for reflection, but in the current environment, you probably don't have time for that.

The first half of the effect would make sense in the current environment where you have the option of Xyz summoning. La Jean's Special Summon is a bit tricky as it only comes from your hand. For the time being, La Jean is a Normal Monster and there is no one-turn restriction, so if you collect two La Jean with Dark Factory of Mass Production, you can deploy two La Jean in one turn...
The latter effect is also vulnerable to removal because it needs to wait for battle with a face-down defense. Although there are many monsters lined up, it is powerless against opponents who run alone.
It's hard to prioritize unless you're building a lamp spirit deck.
