In OCG, the original attack and defense of 1 monster on the opponent's field becomes the attack and defense of its own due to the summoning trigger effect.
In addition to its own power basically depending on the opponent, it only copies offense and defense, it cannot copy monster effects, and since it refers to the original offense and defense, it cannot copy the amount that has been raised by some effect.
Even if you select the strongest monster on your opponent's field, you can't take over it, and you can't select monsters with target resistance, so you can play it on your turn and settle the board by trading, or put it in Defense Position on your opponent's turn and temporarily. If you want to use it as a surrender wall, there are many better cards now.
If you want to make the most of this monster, it is desirable to use it in combination with the effects that can be received not only by its race and attributes, but also by its original attack and defense of 0 and level 1.

Overall Rating: Status copy is useful, useful with low level support.
Since it refers to the original status, it is not very useful on its own in that it cannot compete with monsters that have self-strengthening and overall strengthening abilities.
Conversely, if you use weakening or use low-level support together, your originality will be greatly demonstrated.
