Comprehensive evaluation: It is better to strengthen with other cards.
The range is narrow in that it can only be used on undead with ATK 2000 or less, and even within that, it is even more limited when it is meaningful to directly attack.
Even if you don't use this card and just strengthen it, you can earn battles damage.
If you use 《Zombie World》etc., the meaningful range will increase, but if you want to trigger a direct attack, it would be better to use 《Shooting Star Bow - Ceal》.

I can't say that the effect is worth the consumption of one... I think it's better to prioritize removal, unity, and explosive enhancements like Psycho Blade.

Spending a card for a one-time direct attack is not worth it at all. It's hard to use because it's limited to Zombie monsters with ATK 2000 or less. Compared to "Opti-Camouflage Armor", which doesn't care about RBI, and "Secret Pass to the Treasures", which is very active in the Lynx, the scenes where it can be used are limited.

I feel like it's better to remove the monster and do a genuine direct than directly granting ATK 2000 to the undead...
For the time being, it can be used directly even if it is strengthened after activating it with a low hit point, so it may be possible to use it in his deck with such a direction.
However, I feel like I need to use him because he has the firepower to hit from the top and end as it is, such as wight that comes to mind first in the deck.

The only card I can think of is how to use 《Zombie World》in his Rockburn-themed Deck that doesn't care about races, blocking the opponent's race search and going direct.
There is also a limit of ATK 2000 or less, and it is also a minus that he can not be used unless it is a monster that raises ATK (such as Lily) when calculating damage.
And above all, I can't find the need to include this card in his undead-themed deck, which is probably his main use...

In fact, the intimidating illustration is 《Vampire Duke》. After about 10 years, "people in the middle" became cards.
As you can see from the illustration, it's compatible with Vampire, which has a lot of ATK 2000 just, but honestly, it lacks the charm of consuming a single card.
There are only Lord, Lady, and Gobzon monsters that are meaningful to go out of their way to attack directly...
Once the effect is applied, it can exceed 2000 after that, so there is some synergy with the Monarch country. If you attack twice with Shark Fortress, you get a total of 5000 directs.
It's hard to say that it's a battle level, but it's a card that can't be used if it's a fan level that emphasizes the theme.

Being able to attack directly with 2000 is pretty good, but the effect of one card is a bit subtle. It can't be used against 《Spirit Reaper》, which is well-matched, and I get the impression that it's not a card to go out of your way to use.

Personally, I think it's good because you can select a guy who attacks twice with this and "Zombie World" and then rush in and shave over 8000 with "Mage Power".
