I think I'm missing the timing. It teaches you how complicated the rules of Yu-Gi-Oh are. There are other rulings that are difficult for beginners to understand, such as the difference between targeting and not targeting. ○ "Can do" is an optional effect, so you may miss the timing. (“to do” is a forced effect.)
