I think it would have been nice if the effect of 2 also supported card development.
It's an advanced card, so it takes a lot of time and effort to put it into play, but the search target is a card that lacks power. Offense and defense are not high either.
Although it has an undeniable sense of anachronism, it can be appreciated that it gave a differentiating point to the ground breaking and cracking even if it is subtle.
