You must always banish the same number of cards, and the combination with other effects that banish cards is premised or dependent on the opponent, so it may be an accident card, but fortunately you can also touch the opponent's GY. So there won't be many situations where you can't activate it because the number of cards doesn't match.
The biggest disadvantage is that after this effect resolves, your opponent will be able to put out any monster from the Deck, but this is not resolved if you put out an SS-sealed monster, so you don't need to pile up Strong Greed or Strong Gold.
