It's a card that doesn't have a particular peculiarity, but R-ACE doesn't actively release itself or feed GY, so there aren't many opportunities for salvage. There is no problem if the number of sheets is small.
If you have 《Rescue-ACE Hydrant》, you can also search, but conversely, if you don't have 《Rescue-ACE Hydrant》, you won't be able to search.
