Due to its wide range, it may be usable depending on the build, but it seems difficult to adopt it in a typical Red Archfiend deck.

Activation conditions require a Dragon S monster,
The quickest is 《Shooting Riser Dragon》, because it can be used directly from 《Crystron Halqifibrax》and can be synchronized during the opponent's turn, so it can completely cover the slowness of this card because it is a trap card. Recruiters can use 《Omni Dragon Brotaur》etc. to search, and Riser can adjust his level while fertilizing his GY, so he can synchronize appropriately during the opponent's turn. Considering ②, it may be safe to use it with Red Archfiend, but I think it's a card with excellent business trip performance.

However, if it is a development card, the point of Trap is worrisome. I think it's good to devise it or give up on the development and connect it to the effect of 2.
The GY effect is limited to your own field and the conditions are even stricter with Dragon S of level 10 or higher, but you can negate the monster effect and greatly strengthen the S monster and increase the control power. Triggers can be fulfilled by yourself, so it's easy to use as a simple enhancement.
As the name suggests, it is a card that is easy to use in Red Archfiend, which operates a lot of Resonator and Level 10 or higher Dragon S.
