``Less than 100 LP means 99 or less LP'' and ``Less than 10 LP means 9 or less LP'', so it can't be activated so easily.
《Number S39: Utopia Prime》or 《Zexal Alliance》can make it to LP 10, so "LP is less than 100 means LP is 99 or less", so you can simply aim for 2 draws. "Reckless Greed" is much easier to use if you just want to draw 2 with Trap. This is the same even if you copy and reuse the effect of the Trap card with 《Junk Collector》.
