If you leave it as it is, your opponent will draw the card you want first during the opponent's draw phase, so it is desirable to use cards and draw effects that can make the most of each other's deck tops.
The only downside is that the opponent can also fix any card to the top of his deck, and other than that, there's not a single thing written that makes me want to say that this is not worth it. I think it's pretty amazing.
It wouldn't be strange to be told that after activating it, you can't draw due to its effect, or after activating it, it's going to be an end phase, so I think you took the plunge in a good way.
After all, no matter how much vigilance is necessary, it is a story that it is no longer interesting if it is tied too much more than necessary.

Overall Rating: Versatile search that puts any card on top of the Deck.
The first idea is to put 《Rank-Up-Magic - The Seventh One》, 《Shining Draw》and 《Afterglow》on top of the Deck and use them in the next normal draw.
Declaring and drawing with 《Archfiend's Oath》or 《Gishki Diviner》, and combo with 《The True Name》are also useful.
《Reversal Quiz》goes without saying.
It's also good to simply combine it with a draw card to make it a search.
There is a risk that the opponent will place any card on top of his Deck, but since he can move first, it is quite possible to interfere with the draw of that card with 《Phantom Fortress Enterblathnir》.
Since the opponent's deck top is known, it is possible to deploy with "SPYRAL Super Agent" and "SPYRAL Double Helix" reliably, so SPYRAL is a kana that can easily function as a search and effect support.
If your opponent puts a monster on top of his deck, you can take it if you can activate 《Conscription》during that turn.
