It's Rank 4, requiring 2 bodies with no materials specified, and its effects are general-purpose, but you'll have to worry about the conditions.
Anything from 1 to 5 or more is honestly not worth it. The elimination of 10 or more cards doesn't target, and the removal performance is high, but even if you meet this condition, it's difficult to get just one card.
15 or more opponent's LP 3000 is powerful, but it's pretty tough at 10 cards...
It's preferable to use it with P Deck, which makes it easier to use the EX Deck, but even so, it's easily affected by the opponent's Deck and the situation, so I don't think it's a practical card. I don't want this type of card to be practical, but...

It's a relatively rare aquatic Cyberse monster, but inside it's a general-purpose rank 4X monster made from free materials that has challenged duelists.
If the number of your EX Deck is +1 or more than your opponent's, you will get 30 RBI, and if you have +5 or more, you will get more target resistance, but the effect does not last forever, and the RBI increase and resistance are due to the activation effect. If you are full of gaps, you still want to use the effect of +10 or more, but even if your opponent is using EX and using strong money, depending on the opponent, apply the effect of +10 or more. Doing so is a daunting task.
By using things like Pendulum to increase your own EX and reducing the opponent's EX with some kind of effect, you will be able to demonstrate all of your abilities.
The effect of cutting the opponent's EX is difficult because if you make a mistake in adjusting it, it can turn into a terrible fucking game maker, but depending on the cards that appear in the future, the time may come when you can play an active role more stably than now.
