This is a dark world with the name of Dark World, but even in the essential Dark World, the presence of Grapha is a big deal. They also have universal removal.
It's also a compulsory effect, and in Dark World, where gates often remain in play, it's easy to reverberate, so you want to be careful.
The abundance of magic and trap removal itself is a pain point for this card, and since it doesn't require a trigger, I can't help but feel strongly that Psych is enough.
There are more rivals than khaki, and I think the priority is quite strict even considering it has the name of Dark World.
