What's wrong with this is that if you are forced to discard it when there are no monsters on your opponent's field, you're going to bare your fangs on your field.
The only salvation is that it can be used as a removal for the fourth and subsequent cards, as the famous saying goes, "Graffa's removal is limited to three times."
I don't think I have that kind of space, but it's better than Rain.
