Victim of Blue-Eyed's proprietary patent. In the same pack, "Gene-Warped Warwolf" and "Frostosaurus" broke the RBI limit, but this guy was the only one who hesitated.
However, it's better than Gogiga or Rabidragon because it's a remake.

Comprehensive evaluation: It is tough because the support is not good.
His ATK is higher with 《Gogiga Gagagigo》if you look at the combination of WATER, Normal Monster, and level 8.
Even considering the advantage of Sea Serpent, there are few cards that can support this card, mostly low-level monster support.
Add a piercing effect with 《Uminotaurus》, or use 《Slushy》or 《Kaiser Sea Snake》.

Perhaps because he thought the Sea Serpent was bad, he became Wyrm. He is SPYRAL, his old form.
