Tightness is the only thing a man can do.
It has the effect of returning the normal draw to the bottom of his Deck and drawing another card, and by sending the effect draw to his own GY, you can use the same effect as the normal draw.
The normal draw can be redone, and the quality of the draw can be improved. However, with this effect alone, it is quite slow to stick and draw normally on the next turn to demonstrate its true value. Also, it is difficult to differentiate it from 《Card Trader》, which can be activated on standby and replaced with a draw.
It's possible to redo the effect's draw as well by sacrificing yourself. This has an immediate effect, but I feel that the movement of sacrificing one card to redo the draw of one card is quite weak.
In general, they were slow and their movements were weak, and it was undeniable that they had an atmosphere that was somewhat awkward.

Yes, it's a completely irrelevant Field Spell that's no longer uncommon and irrelevant, unlike Chiquile.

Comprehensive evaluation: The possibility of drawing the returned card can be reduced to 0, and compatibility with cards that refer to the type of the drawn card is good.
It works well with 《Heart of the Underdog》and 《Tethys, Goddess of Light》, and even if you draw a card that doesn't apply in a normal draw, you can expect a continuous draw by drawing again with the effect of (1).
Even if you draw a card that does not apply on the way, you can continue by drawing again at (2).
Since it returns to the bottom of the Deck, there is no need to pull it again.
However, these are the only cards that have good compatibility, and even if you draw a card that would be better in the Deck, if you put it back and use another card, Card Trader is better because you can deal with it even if it is in the first hand.
The advantage here is that it supports Field Spell search, you won't draw cards that you have already drawn, and at least (2) allows you to exchange your hand once.
Or even if there is a card you don't want to draw in combination with the deck top operation, you can do something about it.
