Comprehensive evaluation: The strength is that it is possible to send P monsters from the EX Deck to GY.
It's more convenient to P-summon or use to retrieve it to your hand, but with Metalfoes, you can use to return it to your hand, or to revive it.
Metalfoes Mithrilium can also bounce his GY's Metalfoes to the cost or aim for a revive.
If I mix other P monsters, should I mix cards with resurrection effects appropriately?

His third Metalfoes fusion card. Fusion materials can be procured from face-up monsters in the EX Deck in addition to the hand and field, but two cannot be selected from the same place.
Unconditionally, sending his Pendulum Monsters in the EX Deck directly to GY without any cost is an excellent effect in Metalfoes, where his GY fertilization is also important.
You can also use it as a way to send the restricted card Dark Wurm used for deployment to his GY again.
