Overall Rating: Dangerous type in a deck that repeats draws.
As seen in [Library Exo], 《Upstart Goblin》heals the opponent, 《Chicken Game》reduces his LP, and it is relatively easy to activate.
All you need is a 3000 damage source.
His deck's weaknesses are that it's not stable and can be countered by side changes, but Majiek Monarch's original parts are his King of Monarchs, so he doesn't have that weakness either.
Even if the ban is lifted in modern times, there is still 《Blasting the Ruins》, and it's hard to get LP within range all at once.

Even looking at it now, it's a card with a slightly iffy position, but there are a lot of ways to cut down on your own LP, and it's possible to stably activate it just by adding a little money to it.
Therefore, even if there was no Majiek Monarch, I think it was quite possible that it would be regulated as a separate combo part.
It's a perfect fit for this card, but in that sense it may have been the right decision to regulate it at that stage.
