When his WATER monster other than the same name is destroyed, he can Special Summon from his GY, and has the effect of self-strengthening according to the number of his WATER in GY.
It has a limited self-regeneration effect, and can maintain the battle line even if his other WATER is destroyed. However, even if he is revived, he only has a weak ATK up, and it hurts my head that nothing happens. Since it is carefully removed, the card power is not good enough.
There is synergy with Patrollship, which has the same pirate motif, and it is easy to make it a hand cost, and it is the same WATER as him, but is there room to get into it...? ?

A card that revives from her GY when her WATER is destroyed.
I don't know what to say, but that's all, and I can't expect much if the status increase effect is 2000.
I wouldn't say it's weak because the conditions are loose, but it's pretty dubious that I'd go out of my way to open up a Deck slot just for this.
