I think that the effect of (1), which revives low-level "Magistus" monsters, is convenient.
Even if it is sent to GY, it can protect the `` Magistus '' monsters and 《Trismagistus》that have been turned into Equip Cards due to the scapegoat effect of (2), so I think there is no waste.

It has the effect of reviving GY's lesser Magistus and scapegoating her Magistus in the Spell Trap zone.
Minor Magistus can use his Special Summon without any problem, so it can be expected to be a pure resurrection source. Zorua, who fell to GY, and his Endymion can be reused as the most promising card.
It is also possible to search with Cendrillon, and one of the features is that Cendrillon becomes a real fishing monster if you use this card.
The second half of the effect is an effect that comes to life when the opponent is targeting equipment Magistus or 《Trismagistus》, but I can't deny that it's a bit of a bonus. The resurrection effect was originally strong, so it wouldn't hurt.
A resurrection card that is very easy to handle because of its simplicity. If you search for Cendrillon, is he the top candidate in the situation where GY has Magistus?

The effect is simple with his Magistus resurrection at level 4 or below. It should be noted that the EX monsters cannot be revived, but with his Magistus on the lower beats, it doesn't matter too much.
