(3) has a limited use compared to (2), but since it can be removed, if you have multiple Magistus cards in your hand, don't hesitate to use it.
As for (1), combat destruction resistance is not so important, but it's not a problem because it makes it difficult to break the board.
Any equipment card is fine, so even if you have 《Spellbook of Life》equipped, you can still put it on the wall.
