It was her first Arcana Force-related new card in a long time, but it was only 1 slot and not a Monster.
As for the effect, the randomness of the coin toss is included in what you would normally want to do with a Normal Spell with a normal theme, and the disadvantage of removing it is too terrible.
There is also a follow-up that you can choose the effect if the light barrier appears, and since the disadvantage is large, the search target is not limited to Arcana Force, but it is expanded to all cards that have the effect of tossing a coin. Even if it was narrow, it would have been more appreciated if the effect was stronger for the specialization.
With the GY effect, you can summon her Arcana Force from your hand separately from the Normal Summon once per turn, but that itself doesn't give you a numerical advantage, and the current Arcana Force is just that much. It's not a situation that you can manage.

Not only Arcana Force, but any card related to coin toss such as Gun Dragon can be searched, so the search range is quite wide. However, the disadvantages are unusually painful, and even if you use the second chance, it is too scary. For that reason, the Barrier of Light is indispensable to lead to 100% success, and the GY effect also makes it a card suitable for Arcana Force.
There is no problem with the search itself, but his Arcana Force, which is delicious to search, is a world with a hand-inducing temperance and a deadly turn skip. And surprisingly, I can't find a use for the GY effect. Since Arcana Force itself is outdated, it still lacks power as a support.

Although new to Arcana Force, it was not a monster to fill the rest of the Tarot slots.
It's a peaky card that seems to be in demand if you can search for all the cards that do coin toss, but the disadvantage of losing is ridiculously painful, but it's not something you can use without the light barrier.
The GY effect is not a Special Summon, but a summon, so you need to release it for advanced or higher.
As much as I feel that the merit is not good enough for the difficulty of handling, is it still worth using if a very dangerous item is added to the search destination?

It's uncertain without the light barrier, and it's pretty painful as a search that it's hard to function alone.
The effect of 2 is not bad, but it is difficult to use it together with Fool because there is currently no good in the lower Arcana Force. Since it is a summon, it is naturally necessary to release above advanced level.
I can't deny the feeling that even the existence of THE WORLD is keeping us on our guard. Even so, I think there is a difference between having search and not having it. I have high hopes for the future.

Overall Rating: Valuable searcher and deployment aid in Arcana Force.
Without 《Light Barrier》, it is uncertain whether you can search, so it is not stable.
However, Arcana Force is unstable without 《Light Barrier》in the first place.
Personally, I don't think it's a big minus that it's not stable without 《Light Barrier》.
Considering that 《Light Barrier》is also within the search range, if you use it together with 《Second Coin Toss》, which also avoids the disadvantages, it may not be possible to get a 75% searchable initial move.
The second half is a summoning effect, and if it is a lower class, there are only options for Chariot.
Others include The World's Tribute Summon, in which case I would like to secure a release for Photon Sanctuary.
5 indeterminate searches and 1 usefulness of summons, 6 total.

It's almost impossible to shoot without a light barrier, so even [Arcana Force] is very difficult to use. no mercy.
Adding the right to summon in the second half is like recruiting if the search is successful, so it's not bad, but I don't have a strong lower class Arcana Force that I want to go that far. It is also a minus point that a fool cannot be set.
