Again, with Harpie Channeler, he can be summoned from the Deck, but since he is in Defense Position, he cannot participate in attacks. If you don't have 2 or more Harpies, it can't show its true value, but it's a waste to spend the summoning right on this card.

There are more excellent Winged Beast monsters, so that one is easier to use.
