In the anime GX, Tutu was positioned as a prima donna in the form of a monster, but in OCG, it is a general-purpose monster that is normally brought into play by Tribute Summon.
As a high-level monster, it has a modest ATK of 2200 to 2400, and it's a monster-like card from the 2nd and 3rd seasons, but the effect is a Tribute Summon trigger, and his face-up Spell on the field. It is a lonely thing that nothing happens after that with a limited effect of destroying all.

It's a card that was reprinted as an Asuka frame in the Dimensional Box, but to be honest, it made me realize again that there was nothing good about Asuka's card in the GX period.
It has a total removal effect, but the essential range is very narrow. As already said, it tends to be inferior to Moebius, which can be destroyed regardless of set or trap.
