Overall Rating: 《Shrink》is enough.
《Hero Kid》can be deployed three times from 《Isolde, Two Tales of the Noble Knights》, and if you use them as link materials, you can easily place three copies in GY.
However, 1200 is too small for a decline, and in most cases 《Shrink》has a larger decline.

Even if you send 3 hero kids to GY, you can only lower 1 body to 1200.
As it is often said, contraction is more stable.

Hero Kids itself isn't a bad card, though.

1200 down is shabby. It feels extra slow because it is a trap. Use Quick-Play Spell shrinkage.

1200 down at the highest is truly sad. Moreover, it is quite difficult to give the highest value. 《Hero Kid》itself is at a usable level, but this is out of the question. For the time being, it will be OK with "shrinkage".
