There are special summons from the hand and salvage effects from GY, but he requires a Synchro Monster, which is a bit heavy, and it's not easy to use unless it's a deck that does continuous synchros.
However, it is a very useful monster in the "Red Archfiend" Deck, and since it is a tuner for Fiend, it can be searched with Strak's new 《Soul Resonator》, and can be dropped from the Deck into GY with 《Bone Archfiend》. In addition, the cost of Salvage and Special Summon can be covered by 《Red Rising Dragon》and 《Scarred Dragon Archfiend》, which act as intermediaries, so it is easy to use.
With just one card, you have more options for deployment, so if you're building a "Red Archfiend" Deck, you should consider using it.
