It's great that I don't have to use the summoning right to rely on Caesar Arm anymore.
The GY effect isn't bad either, as it makes the Xyz body last longer.

Gimmick puppets have many cards that refer to his GY, so it's helpful to be able to easily enrich his GY.

In particular, I think sending "Gimmick Puppet - Necro Doll" and its self-regeneration cost will be effective.
For (2), an effect that gives permanent effect destruction resistance, if it's a "Gimmick Puppet" Deck, I think Number 40: Gimmick Puppet of Strings, which is both easy to put out and has a high ATK, is a candidate.
