In a nutshell, Link's version of Goyo Shark Drake.
It's not a bad performance in terms of a Link Monster that can steal monsters destroyed in battle. However, since the material is limited to his Cyberse, it is undeniable that it is inferior in terms of versatility. In order to activate the effect, it is necessary to release a monster, and in that case, the required monsters are actually 4 bodies, so Borreload Dragon is far superior.
Even if you look at it as a Cyberse link, you can't expect to actively adopt it because of the halfway link markers and the lack of synergy with Cyberse.

The material is Cyber strap, the status is about average, and the markers are not very uniform and difficult to match. Although it says to steal the opponent's monsters, or revive them on the opponent's field and make them sandbags, this card's link destination requires a release monster.
