This is possible for Monster, but the cost of returning a spell card to the top of his deck is limited to Iron Core of Koa'ki Meiru.

Koa'ki Meiru is the only one that requires a monster of an attribute instead of a specific race for the maintenance cost of revealing the hand.
As usual, it's a level 4 19 RBI, but the effect is not meta, but any spell can return him from GY to the top of the deck.
However, since it requires a steel core for its effect, it is a shameful specification that it is difficult to go on a business trip.
There are many things I would like to say, but in terms of why this effect was applied to a monster of this type and public cost, and what the card was designed with in mind, this is the most important of all Koa'ki Meiru. Mysterious monsters are the best.

Koa'ki Meiru with the effect of returning his spell card in GY to the top of the deck. However, he had to send "Iron Core of Koa'ki Meiru" to GY as a cost, and on top of being an add loss, it was slow because it was the top of the deck. Therefore, it is a performance that is not even used in Duel Links. By the way, the race is a rare Sea Serpent. However, since 《Deep Sea Diva》is level 3 or below, it is not supported, and no one will search for this guy with the recently released 《Deep Sea Aria》.
