However, we can't do his Barian's Chaos Draw like the Barians, so it's difficult to wait for Seven Swan normally. That's where Koa'ki Meiru Sea Panther comes in handy. Koa'ki Meiru for efficiently spawning sea panthers. Of course, he can be used as his normal Koa'ki Meiru, but in this introduction, I'm thinking about Seven Swan.

Strength

To activate Seven Swan, you must draw with a normal draw. So prepare to put Seven Swan on top of his deck and aim to activate it next turn. Just pull when ready. 《Barian's Chaos Draw》!! ︎ loudly shouted and showed the front side, "I drew the sword of RUM Seven Emperors! I can summon Neotachion..."

The easiest way is to use the Seven Swan that came to your hand with Samopuri as a cost, and use Sea Panther ss to put it on top of his deck with its effect. After that, let's do it with Rank 4 Xyz.
I'll show you two ways later. These are 3 cards in your hand, so I think it's a level that you can realistically aim for.
1. Seapanther ss with Urunite effect from Samopuri, Chain ss with Samopuri and Urunite.
Send Seven Swan to GY in a chain
Next turn draw at the top of Seven Swan Deck with Sea Panther effect.
2. Speed ss with the effect from Urnite A. Speed ss successful werewolf ss, speed and werewolf invoker ss. Urnite Bss with Invoker effect, and Koa'ki Meiru Sea Panther ss with Urnite B effect. Chain ss with 2 Ur Knights, send it to 7Swan GY with the chain, and draw the next turn at the top of the 7Swan Deck with Sea Panther effect.

Even if he played it, it would be difficult to win with that alone, so he would like to beat him with a Rank 4 Xyz using Koa'ki Meiru's development power. So, after examining the Xyz that can be used in 7Swan, I recommend sticking with the versatile Rank 4 Xyz. I don't think I'm saying this on purpose, but...

Weakness

It's a matter of course, but if you can stop Seven Swan, you're out. After that, there are many concerns such as "Vanity's Emptiness" in the preparation stage, mistakes, "Thunder King Rai-Oh", and Wailer. Sometimes you are forced to give up the Seven Swan for victory.

Customize

If Seven Swan alone isn't enough, I think you can simply add traditional Rank-Up-Magic such as Limited. Don't forget to rank up.
Also, in the middle of the combo of 2, there is a place where 2 Urunites make a chain, so ss Coat of Arms with 2 Urunites and Sea Panther, copy the Invoker effect and ss Urunite C, Urunite C effect With level 4 Koa'ki Meiru ss, you will be able to move to rank 4 Xyz with Urnite C and level 4 Koa'ki Meiru, and I think you can simply increase your RBI.
There are still some rough edges, so I think there are some points that can't be reached.
