It's a FIRE Cyberse that does double battles damage, so it's a card reminiscent of Final Sigma.

It's not weak, but in modern Yu-Gi-Oh, the effects that specialize in combat are subtle...
At least if his ATK was 3100 or more instead of 2800, the story would have been a little different.
That said, Monoceros142 made him 3500 ATK and quite practical. "Double battle damage, attack monsters twice" is also a firepower that can't be ignored, and if you can prepare two Attack Position monsters on your opponent's field by ritual summoning on your own turn, you can kill in one turn.
Cyberse makes it easy to mix with Mathmech, but you can also increase his ATK by 500 with Mathmech Induction.
The effect of (3) is almost never used.

With the two effects of (1) and (2), I think it's excellent that you can attack the monster twice while giving double the battle damage.
In order to satisfy the condition of effect (1), I think it would be efficient to make full use of the search effects of 《Libromancer Geek Boy》, “Libromancer Fire” and 《Libromancer First Appearance》.
Among the "Libromancer" monsters, it has the highest stats and can be said to be a trump card.

“Libromancer” monsters with high finisher performance
If there are 2 of his ATK 0 Attack Position monsters on the opponent's field, you can do one kill with 10800 damage.
Realistically, if you don't use the ATK up effect, one kill is tough. Especially within the theme, the multiplier is low and the cost is hard to come up with, so there is only the 3rd effect of this card.
If you're aiming for a one-kill, I'd like to use it in combination with some RBI effect.
