The effect of copying the name and making yourself a special summon to her is rude if you don't move like that, and it goes well with the self-proliferation effect of Concentrol. By arranging all three of her Appliancer monsters, it becomes possible to prepare a stance of Self Pass + Link 1. In addition, the compatibility of the name change effect with Machine Duplication is painful, and if you want to duplicate this card itself, you need Normal Summon.
The second effect is a deployment effect that can be used by excluding her from GY, so even though it requires a card with the same name, it should be easy to use. The Appliancer is likely to overwork the Concentrol, so it's worth keeping it as a means of reviving the GY.

The deployment effect is simply an excellent means of arranging two monsters on the field without using the summon right, but this "same name" is very important, and if you use it in conjunction with the outlet roll, you can add one more monster. It means that you can put the monster out of the Deck.
(2) removes him from GY and puts a monster with the same name as his Appliancer on the field in his hand or he can Special Summon from GY. This can also be used for Link Monsters and his Special Summon, so it would be better to line up multiple Link Monsters with a delicious flavor such as Laundry Dragon.
