Personally, the restriction of "turn to activate" is more difficult than "either one". If you put a link or something in between even once, you will not be able to use either effect.
It is also a problem that it does not mesh with the chaos core recorded at the same time. For some reason, if you remove it with the Chaos Core, 3 Light 2 Tuners will line up. If you can prepare another Lv4, it is possible to develop Beast → Ruler → Satellite Warrior or Beast → Lemon Tyrant with continuous synchronization like Mayakashi, but with the current card pool it is not possible to control Witch, Core, Lv4 and so on. Combos that require 3 cards are realistically tough.
(1) It is difficult to use the effect of increasing the number of people effectively at present due to restrictions. With the Shadow Dystopia Deck, I can pull the trigger for Demon King Resurrection and prepare the cost of Demon Lord Handes. If it was a self-SS effect, it could still be used.
Currently, I think the 2nd effect is the main one, but since it can't work by itself, it depends on the hand. Since there is a mysterious condition of "excluded from hand/GY", even if a power word such as "excluded from Deck" appears in the future, it will not be supported.
In general, it is a card that must be said to be subtle in the current card pool. It's a highly unique effect like no other, so in the future, a powerful 10/12 Chaos Synchro will appear, or a super nursing card like "Send from Deck to his GY, then remove the GY card". Ratings may change when it appears.
