The deployment power of the Fabled Deck is threatening, and this effect looks amazing, but when you actually use it, it feels like you can't reach the itch and it's strangely awkward to use.
I would like to set up Rage on because of the consumption of cards in my hand, but in that case Kushano is the only level 3 fabled tuner, so I will Normal Summon Kushano, or discard Kerberal and add a level 1 tuner such as Chawa in my hand to Special Summon, Kerberal and so on. After making your own unicorn, you need to play with the remaining level 1 tuner
If the additional Special Summon was level 3 or less, it would have been nice to be able to use Kushano Special Summon...or if I was a tuner, I would have been able to immediately set up a Rage with Ganacia, so the evaluation would have been different.
If you just want to make a unicorn, you can make it just by throwing away Kerberal, so it seems that you can adopt it without problems
