As you can see from the image, the marker in the description column is a mistake.
Since this monster is a link 2, there are two markers, and the correct marker is the bottom right corner and the bottom left corner.
And that aside.
A card that can be said to be Krawler's commander-in-chief, the more Krawler he has on the field, the stronger his Krawler will be.
With 2 or more of his Krawlers, including himself, the ATK/DEF increases by 300. With 4 or more, the card effect is suppressed during the Battle Phase, and with 6, all allied monsters can attack directly.
He's a long way around, but his low RBI is worth considering as a game-winning move for Krawler. It's worth trying hard to see.
Unlike the lesser Krawlers, he can summon two Krawlers from GY no matter what he does. By the time this monster comes out, two of him should be Krawler and he should be rolling in GY, so if he doesn't use Link Monster, it's almost certainly possible to line up on the field. Since it will be called in the back defense, you can check it with the reverse effect of the lower class Krawler.
The conditions for issuing it are light, but it would be best to call it after the situation has been set to some extent due to the specifications of the effect.
