It's called Clear Wing, but inside it's a catastor that hits Raibol when summoning S.
Unlike Catastor, it deals damage equal to the destroyed monster's ATK, so it works well as an attacker as well as a simple removal monster.
As for the conditions, it tends to be limited to Magician, etc., but it can be unexpectedly possible with a synchronized deck that uses a chronograph or an astrograph. Also, in Magician, tuning can be summoned just by P-summoning, so it's surprisingly not that difficult.
The last resurrection effect is the effect of releasing the Hao Koryu series and self-reviving. Basically it will be Darkwurm, but since it can also be used with dragons Odd-Eyes, Rebellion, and Starve Venom, if you use it in combination with Darkwurm, it may take your opponent by surprise.
A card that fits in a pretty good line, both in terms of effect and ease of use.
