Underneath the mask is a very cool senior TRUE.
Advanced TRUE has common release conditions and is easy to get into play like any other Advanced TRUE.
If Tribute Summoned, he will be able to recruit TRUEs if he leaves the field, summoning the TRUE Emperor as well as the higher TRUEs. It's a Special Summon in Defense Position, but you can call cards with high defense such as Bahartos, and you can also call yourself.
And just by having this guy, you can add Majestic resistance to his other TRUEs, and your opponent will have no choice but to deal with this card.
As you can see, the effect itself is powerful, but since it only has 2100 RBI and Recruit is limited to the Defense Position, I think he is a card that plays an active role in the TRUE Emperor Deck rather than the TRUE Deck.
