As Rin's ace card, it is the core card of WW as a synchro target from two low-ranking bodies.
The burn effect is quite a firepower if this card is in his GY, but the first shot can't be expected to be a firepower. Since this card will be put out when emphasis is placed on development, it is a complete bonus effect. As expected, if it is solidified with WW, 1100 will come out in combination with the effect of Ice Bell.
The main second effect can target itself, so level 7 and below can be read as his Special Summon from your hand. It's a powerful effect as a deployment, but it's a pity that the activation timing is the battle phase. Since this card's attack performance is mediocre, it doesn't promote attacks because the cards you put out can't attack. Calling Snow Bell or a Level 1 Speedroid Tuner to create a foothold for Crystal Wing would be nice, but it would be nice to call Crystal Bell using Parasite Fusioner, and the Doctor would be very happy. In fact, you can attack with Winterbell > fuse after the effect is activated > follow up with Crystal Bell, so it's a combination that can use this effect effectively.
