Once per turn, it has the effect of destroying an opponent's monster at no cost and inflicting Burn, and has the self-regenerative ability to banish his GY's D-HERO during standby and come back again.
The burn from destroying the opponent has the disadvantage of not being able to perform the battle phase, but since this guy has 3000 RBI, you can use it properly as a burn if it seems like you can hit it. There is no 1 turn limit, so if you line up multiple units, you can overlap the disadvantages and burn the opponent's field.
And even though the ability to self-regenerate during standby has a cost, when it's fused, he's sure to have D-HERO in GY, and if you use things like Destiny Draw, it will naturally accumulate, so the cost is troublesome. I don't think so. Moreover, even if the resurrection is stopped, it will persistently try to revive as many times as possible during standby.
Once on the battlefield, it exerts its control power without regret, and the fusion summon itself can be easily put out if it is a dedicated construction.
The problem is that it is difficult to obtain the two D-HEROs that will be used as fusion materials.
