It has the effect of excluding his Gishki chain effect when activated and the opponent's card when Black Magician Special Summon succeeds.
The effect of (1) is uncertain, but you can add Black Magician Support to your hand. Even if it is not added, it is possible to operate the deck top. I think that the effect of this should be kept to the level of "I'm happy if I hit it".
The effect of (2) is a terrible effect that banishes the opponent's cards every turn just by playing the master, even though it is turn 1. Its synergy with 《Eternal Soul》is threatening, and if you have these two cards left, you can use its effect almost every turn. Since it is a Continuous Spell, it will not be effective if it is broken, but let's divide it as a reasonable risk.
