You need his Spellbook that has been excluded, but since Junon and Goethe will be excluded more and more, the conditions can be achieved relatively easily.
The problem is the lack of versatility of the Spellcaster X monsters. At the moment, only Big Eye has high versatility, and other Spellcaster X monsters have strict material restrictions and too limited effects, so there is almost no advantage to adopting this card in a normal Deck. , the most important magic deck also rarely does xyz (it does play big eyes, but you don't need to put it in just for that). If you use it, I think you'll need a dedicated build.
